Ukraine notifies the adoption of the draft Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine "On Approval of Requirements for Smoke Flavourings" as the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No 338 "On Approval of Requirements for Food Flavorings With Smoke Aroma (Smoke Flavorings)" of 28 February 2025.The Order was registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 14 March 2025 and published on 15 April 2025.The Order will enter into force on 15 October 2025.
